Here is a very fine and very rare 2010 lefthanded Steve Andersen Model 14 archtop. The Model 14 is a smaller version of Steve’s larger guitars, with a comfortable 14-inch width, ebony fretboard, curly Western maple body, German spruce top, Waverley tuners, nitro finish and a Kent Armstrong humbucker. The neck is a comfortable C carve, on the slimmer side. Steve only builds a handful of guitars per year, and his instruments are favored by guitarists ranging from Tim Lerch to Bill Frisell. This is one of a very few lefties he’s ever built. Sounds wonderful, and plays great. In excellent condition, some light play wear and a small check in the veneer on the pickguard (the pickguard itself is aluminum so it’s just cosmetic.) With a custom built fitted Hoffee carbon fiber road case.

Condition: Used, excellent; Body: Curly western maple; Neck: Curly maple, ebony fretboard, 12 radius; Nut: 1 5/8; Color: Sunburst; Pickups: Kent Armstrong humbucker (floating); Scale: 24.9; Orientation: Lefthanded (of course)
