Here’s a real nice 2008 Bourgeois Slope D guitar, short scale, with one of Dana’s terrific signature sunburst finishes. The guitar is in excellent condition aside for three small finish touchups on the top; they are all in the dark area of the sunburst and thus difficult to see from a couple feet away. One finish check and some light wear where your elbow/sleeve would rest on your picking hand, a little wear on the sides of the headstock from a string winder but nothing through the finish. Clearly a well cared for guitar with no cracks or other signs of misuse. This guitar has the typical balance you find in Bourgeois guitars, truly an excellent instrument for recording. Adirondack top, mahogany back and sides, bound “snakehead” headstock and neck, ebony fretboard and belly bridge with Waverley tuners. Versatile for both flatpicking and fingerstyle, and the short scale makes it a nice, comfortable guitar. With original hardshell case.
