Here’s a very nice 1994 Fender Custom Shop 57 Strat, in olympic white with a maple fretboard. This guitar was built during John Page’s tenure overseeing the first era of the Custom Shop, and includes the original certificate of authenticity bearing his signature. Guitars from Page’s stewarship are prized. The guitar is in very nice condition for its age, with a few minor dings and some of the typical finish cracking at the neck pocket. Plays nicely. Not a lightweight Strat — weighs in at 8 pounds 3 ounces — but that extra weight gives it the beefier tone and sustain you just don’t find in a lightweight Strat. Pickup covers and knobs were replaced, originals included. Strap buttons look to be aftermarket. With new G&G tweed case.

Condition: Used, see description; Body: Alder, mint pick guard; Neck: Maple, medium C, 7.25 radius; Nut: 1.650; Color: Olympic white; Pickups: Custom Shop; Scale: 25.5; Orientation: Lefthanded (of course)
