I love Fender Custom Shop Artisan Strats, not only are they beautiful instruments that play as good as they look, they tend to have interesting features you don’t find in other Custom Shop guitars. This guitar is no exception … for starters, it’s a thinline Strat which you almost never see … hollow body with an F hole. AAAA flamed koa top over a one-piece Michigan mahogany body. Add the fact that it’s a hard tail with two Custom Shop P90s, gorgeous roasted AAA flamed maple neck with a slim and comfortable 60 Oval C profile measuring just .790 at the nut with a 9.5-12 compound radius, narrow tall 6105 frets, a tortoise pickguard, hardshell case, certificate of authenticity and Custom Shop strap. Did I mention it’s gorgeous? Sign me up.
