Here’s a 2007 Gibson CJ-165 in terrific condition. People often ask me what guitars I own personally; a blonde maple CJ-165 is among them. This guitar is basically a smaller version of the SJ-200 and J-185, round waist, maple body, sitka top, short scale. Perfect size for the couch, and records beautifully with maple’s bright, clear characteristics. Moderately sized neck with a gentle V profile, parallelogram inlays wide scalloped bracing and a Baggs Element pickup.  I’ll never part with mine because new songs seem to fall out of it every time I pick it up. Tempted to keep this one because the burst is gorgeous. Light play wear, no cracks or damage, original hardshell case. These are hard to find.
