Here’s a Gibson Custom Shop 54 Les Paul Custom R4 in VOS black with gold hardware, certificate of authenticity and Lifton style case. This is the original Les Paul Custom with a solid mahogany body, ebony fretboard, elegant “tuxedo” appointments, Custom Shop original spec P-90s, True Historic chunky neck carve and Kluson waffleback tuners and a Custom Shop anniversary round electronics cover. Note that Gibson no longer offers the “staple” P90 pickup for the neck position, but it is available from Seymour Duncan’s Custom Shop for a nominal cost in black with gold staples. This guitar is surprisingly light for an LP Custom. Terrific instrument.
