I don’t get a lot of basses here, but I like this one a lot, it’s a 1975 Fender Precision bass with some modifications. Structurally it’s fine, cosmetically in very good condition, some honest dings, wear and chips as you would expect on a 5o year old instrument, a Fender USA gold bridge (original nickel bridge is in the case), gold Schaller tuners, gold knobs and La Bella nylon tape wrapped strings. This one is a player, and it’s set up beautifully and sounds great. Custom pickguard has a small crack near one screw hole. Holes remain from the removal of the original tuners, which no longer accompany the bass, as well as where the thumb rest was removed (also absent). Original knobs are included. This one’s a player bass, at home in the studio or on the road, and it has that classic P Bass sound in spades. Love the strings, super comfortable and have that deep vintage tone. With case which looks to be the original, plenty of wear but still serviceable.

Condition: Very good; Body: Alder; Neck: Maple; Color: 3 color burst; Scale: 34; Orientation: Lefthanded (of course)
